CUA students and faculty presented CUA research, demos, and labs to students from Harvard Summer School as a weekend activity.
Wolfgang Ketterle (from the Ketterle group, not shown) gave a talk on his research.
Esther Wang (from the Yao group), Andrew Stasiuk (from the Cappellaro group), and Alex Deters (from the Greiner group) demonstrate superconductors, thermal conductivity, and the temperature dependence of elasticity. Michal Szurek (from the Greiner group) and Nik Gjonbalaj (from the Yelin group) operate the hologram making apparatus. Not pictured, an ion trap demonstration, resonance demonstration, and spectroscopy demonstration were also presented.
